Chito-Tech Startup Receives Certificate For “Leading Providers of Wound Care Solution- Western Asia” From Global Health and Pharma (GHP)

Chito-tech startup which is managed by Dr. Salahshoor Kordestani, a member of AUT’s dean, has spent years working on bandages with advanced healing abilities, hemostasis capabilities and antiseptic solutions based on silver Nano colloid technology.
 
As reported by AUT’s PR office Chito-tech is a domestic startup and producer of bandages with advanced healing abilities, hemostasis capabilities and antiseptic solutions based on silver Nano colloid technology which is certified by the ministry of health and medical education and an ISO 13485 certification. Chito-tech has 5 international patents in England, Germany, France, Denmark and Ireland including a further 22 domestically recorded patents. Chito-tech’s bioactive bandages are designed and produced on the basis of the newest medical science achievements and the practicality and achievability of moist wound healing. These bandages that are made from naturally sourced material can be used to heal a vast array of wounds.
 
This company’s products have been compared to current and traditional bandages in extensive clinical studies and their superiority proven, many articles as a result of these studies have been published in accredited international journals such as Wound Care ،Fibers & Polymers ، JSM Foot & Ankle ،Encyclopedia of Biomedical Polymers & Polymeric Biomaterials.
 
Chito-tech has been able to get awarded the title of “Leading providers of wound care solution- Western Asia” for the second consecutive year and has successfully received an award in the “technology awards 2019” from GHP.
