AUT Boosts Its Cooperation with Oman in Science and Technology

"One of our priorities is to boost cooperation with Oman, and for this, good relations have been recently established between the two sides. Now, we at AUT focus not only on education but also on technology and research, and a large portion of our relations will cover these areas", said Dr. Seyyed Ahmad Motamedi during the visit of the Ambassador of Oman in Tehran of AUT.
"We aim to expand our relations with Iran in various fields, because Iran is a treasure of skills and capacities. The former strong relations confirm that facilitating relations between the two sides has been profitable", said Ibrahim bin Ahmad bin Mohammad Al-Moeini, the Ambassador of Oman to Tehran at the meeting.
Former Iran's Ambassador to Oman Hojjatoleslam Mohammad-Reza Nouri Shahroudi said: "Oman embraces Iran's technological achievements. We expect the expansion of Iran-Oman relations in science and technology, as Iranians can more conveniently travel to Oman now".
The head of the Health Technology Research Center at AUT declared: "The majority of technology producing companies are internationally certified and we strive to cooperate with Oman to prepare a platform to enable these companies to practice in Oman and realize existing potentials".
