Research and Technology Week; Selected AUT Researchers & Technology Specialists Were Introduced & Lauded

According to the public relations office, Amirkabir University of Technology Research and Technology Week was celebrated in a ceremony attended by Dr. Seyed Ahmad Motamedi, President of the University, and Dr. Hossein Hosseini Todeshki, Vice Chancellor for Research & Technology.
In this ceremony, Dr. Mehdi Dehghan & Dr. Sajjad Jafari were honored as top scientists.
Moreover, Dr. Elahe Kowsari & Dr. Fereydoon Moghaddas-Nejad's scientific articles were praised. Also, Dr. Seyed Ali Mir Hosseini, Dr. Farnaz Hooshmand Khaliq and Dr. Abolfazl Eslami's English books were recognized, and, Dr. Seyed Mohammad Hossein Mirbagheri's Persian book was highlighted.
In this ceremony, Dr. Farhad Fani Saberi's industrial invention was recognized, Dr. Ali Kamali was selected as domestic industries professor, Dr. Somayeh Akbari as international industries professor, Dr. Seyed Mohammad Hossein Mirbagheri was chosen for an industrial project and Dr. Morteza Sahib Al-Zamani was honored for his work in the research institute.
Furthermore, Farzan Fan Andish Farda Company was honored as a “knowledge-based company”, Samsung Technology Center as “accelerating innovation center”, Dadsand Smart Future Company as “selected technology unit located in the growth center”, Synapse Company as Samsung Technology Center's “top technology unit”, and, Firoozeh Farabar Sari Company as top “Finnova technology unit”.
In this ceremony, the material strength laboratory of the Mechanical Engineering Department of Amirkabir University of Technology was honored as the “selected laboratory”. In addition, Dr. Younes Alizadeh was recognized.
Dr. Seyed Ahmad Motamedi stated at this ceremony: "The strategic objective of the university is founded on upgrading the university's rank at the international level and being among “third generation universities”. We plan to establish innovation centers in all of our departments, and every student will be active in an industry in addition to studying.
